Founder of Reins Group

Founder of Reins Group, has more than three decades of international experience in designing value propositions and strategies for entering the market, for those companies quoted in the stock market, start-ups and governmental agencies. He researches tensions between the behaviour of clients, organizational readiness and technology in the context of sustainable innovation. Usually, these conflicting interests result in permanent clashes that create an energy that Jef Teugels likes to call energy for innovation. Adam Zych

Monika Sady

Ph.D. in economics in the discipline of Science of Management. She is Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Management, previously in the International Management Department at the Cracow University of Economics. She is also the Director of the International MBA program, and Head of the Social and Environmental Development Unit. She is manager of a program financed by NCBiR “CUE available for everyone”, improving the availability for people with disabilities. She takes part in several international research and educational projects, including EU projects in the field of social entrepreneurship, MOOC courses, as well as working with startups and corporations. She is a certified European Consultant of Social Economics and a certified Innovational Lecturer. Member of the International Management Development Association, of Innovative Poland, and of The Polish Economic Society. She is a researcher of management, social responsibility, sustainable development, relations with the environment and startups with a social mission. Monika Sady has received numerous awards for her involvement in charity work, especially in the project “SOS -Społeczna Odpowiedzialność Studentów” (Students’ Social Responsibility).

Dominika Kaczorowska-Spychalska
Director of the Centre for Smart Technologies

Director of the Centre for Smart Technologies at the Faculty of Management, University of Łódź. She serves as the Leader of the Research, Innovation and Implementation subgroup of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence at the Committee of the Prime Minister. She is passionate about the impact of artificial intelligence on human behaviour and the extent and nature of interactions between humans and technology, including issues of digital ethics. She is the author (in part co-author) of numerous publications published both in Polish publications, including professional journals, and abroad. She was in the group of specialists involved in the preparation of “Assumptions to AI strategy in Poland”, and in 2020 she was among the winners of the Perspektywa Top 15 Women in 5G ranking. She is a two-time winner of the Centre IR competition in the Scientist of the Future category. She strives to intensify cooperation between the scientific and research world and its socio-economic environment in the national and international markets, for which she received the award of the Minister of Science and Education this year.

Magdalena Petryniak

Bogusława Drelich-Skulska

Bogusława Drelich-Skulska is a full professor of economics and head of Department of International Business at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB) in Poland. Prof. Drelich-Skulska serves as Vice-Rector for Accreditation and International Cooperation of the WUEB from 2020 to 2024.
Her research and teaching areas are international business and development economics. An important area of interest are also activities related to the global value chains (GVC) and international accreditations processes. Professor Drelich-Skulska was a visiting research fellow at the Center for Asian and Pacific Studies (CAPS), Seikei University, Tokyo, Japan (2012), and a visiting professor at the universities in Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Latvia and Switzerland.
Prof. Drelich-Skulska was a member of the Innovation Committee of AACSB International (2019–2021), is a member of the Board of Trustees of IHI Zittau [Technische Universitat Dresden (TUD)], (2021–2024) and a member of the Accreditation Advisory Board of Woxsen University (India).

Marek Cieślak
Poznań University of Economics and Business

Marek Cieślak, PhD (hab.) is an experienced academic, employed as an associate professor at Poznań University of Economics and Business (PUEB). He earned doctorate and habilitation degrees at home university. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Program Board for the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta Program, and since 2019 he has held the position of Programme Director for Accounting and Corporate Finance (Academic Dean).

Marek has over 23 years of teaching experience not only at PUEB, but also at other Universities and in-company trainings. He is a skilled teacher, having won 15 “Best Lecturer” awards in students’ popular vote.

He has been a Visiting Professor at SRH University in Heidelberg since 2016.

Anna Matysek

Anna Matysek, Ph.D., is a Professor at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (PUEB). She is an experienced Director of the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta Program held in cooperation with Georgia State University in Atlanta, United States.

Anna has over 15 years of experience at PUEB in teaching different courses across Bachelor and Master studies, initiating and executing new educational programs (English-taught Bachelor of Business Administration, Master in International Business). She also serves as a Visiting Professor at UIE (Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa, Spain).

Her main research areas include institutionalism, macroeconomics and political aspects of international economics. Dr. Tomasz Ludwicki holds the position of Director, at The International Management Center at the Faculty of Management, The University of Warsaw,  a unit  designated for the  executive education including its flagship Executive MBA Program. He is Ford and Mellon Foundations scholar and Marie Curie Fellow (EU Program). Besides his managerial role he also teaches strategy, international strategy, organizational consulting and he is supervisor of master thesis and consulting projects at MBA Program. His research interests includes organizational consulting and strategy. He taught courses at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Lund University and Hochschule fur Philiosophie in Munich. He is also the assessor in the Association of MBAs based in London. He consulted leading Polish and global corporations in the field of strategy, process and organizational structure.

The Executive MBA Program at the University of Warsaw was established in 1991, as one of the first MBAs in CEE, with cooperation of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prof. Grazyna Rembielak is a Professor in Marketing at Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She has many years of experience in scientific and research work at recognized foreign universities. She worked in Great Britain for ten years at Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Salford-Manchester. She currently cooperates with the University of Salford in Manchester, UK; Politecnico di Milano, Italy; Management Center in Innsbruck, Austria; Baruch College is a New York City University, USA.

 

She specializes in Marketing and Management and International Business, closely cooperating with businesses. She has extensive experience in academic teaching, design, and development of educational programmes, management, ensuring and improving the quality of education, and international accreditations. She has extensive experience holding managerial positions, using her marketing and managerial skills and expertise. Currently, she is the Director of the Quality and Development Department and the Director of  Executive MBA and MBA Programmes at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

 

Prof. Grażyna Rembielak is also an active scientist taking part in national and international research projects, reflected in numerous publications and participation in high-ranking international conferences in European countries and the USA.
