Associate professor at the Department of Human Capital Management at Cracow University of Economics (CUE). Doctor habilitated in the field of economics in management sciences, specializing in human resource management. Scholarship holder of the Senior Fulbright Awards, as part of which she carried out a research project entitled High Performance Work Practices: Physicians’ Perspective. The representative of CUE in Cranet Network (global research network on HRM). Director of the Center for Economics and Management in Healthcare, CUE. Member of many expert teams related to the design and implementation of HRM methods and tools. Visiting professor at University of Michigan Health-West Grand Rapids, USA, Grand Valley State University Grand Rapids, USA, Roosevelt University, Chicago, USA and Pforzheim University, Pforzheim, Germany. Ambassador and supporting member of the Polish Federation of Hospitals. Collaborator of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies (EuroWHO). Member of the Supreme Council of the Polish Society of Coordinated Health Care. Project leader and research for international and national research project i.e. STYLE  This project has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration under grant agreement no. 613256. Author of several dozen publications related to personnel management in medical entities, including a monograph awarded by the Committee on Labor and Social Policy of the Polish Academy of Sciences entitled The concept of the medical personnel performance management in hospitals.
