Anouk Gauthier is the Group Chief Culture Officer at Euroclear, where she leads the enterprise-wide culture transformation agenda, embedding renewed values and behaviours to enable the group’s strategy and long-term performance. In this role, she is responsible for defining the culture vision, mobilising leaders across divisions, and establishing the capability to measure and track cultural progress through clear objectives and indicators.
Prior to taking on the culture mandate, Anouk served as Group General Counsel, where she built deep experience in governance, risk, decision-making and executive-level leadership. This background continues to shape her pragmatic approach to culture—anchoring behavioural change firmly in business outcomes, accountability, and disciplined execution.
Anouk works closely with the Executive Committee, boards, and leadership teams to translate values into everyday behaviours, evolve performance management practices, and foster a learning organisation fit for the future. She is a regular facilitator and speaker on culture, leadership, and storytelling, including internal masterclasses and large-group culture sessions across the group.
Outside her executive role, Anouk enjoys cooking and staying active through the gym, running, yoga and skiing, and is an avid reader and gardener. She is also actively involved in developing future leaders, acting as a mentor in Euroclear’s leadership programme and women empowerment academy.
