Professional Biography – F.M.Dudhia
Max Dudhia graduated with Honours in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Houston and subsequently qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2017, he obtained his Master’s Degree in the 10th edition of the International MBA (IMBA) program at the Jagiellonian University Krakow School of Business.
Max began his professional career with Touche Ross and later Arthur Young, where he was involved in audit and tax planning activities. From 1995, he was based in London, specialising in corporate finance and financial analyses for private placements of start-up companies for listing on the UK OFEX market and the AIM stock exchange.
In 1999, Max was engaged as a consultant in the implementation of a global financial management reporting system for an international conglomerate headquartered in New York. This assignment ultimately led him to Poland, where since 2003 he has been actively involved in real estate development and investment, while also establishing a respected presence within the Krakow hospitality market through the operation of several well-known gastronomic venues.
In 2023, Max was appointed Honorary President of the KSB MBA Alumni Club, reflecting his longstanding connection to the business and academic community in Krakow.
