Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategic Analysis at the Krakow University of Economics (KUE). Her research focuses on strategy, technology, Industry 4.0, innovation, internal audit, and inter-firm collaboration.
She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (MA, specialization: Entrepreneurship and Innovation), the Photography Study Program at the Institute of History of Architecture and Monument Conservation, Faculty of Architecture, Krakow University of Technology, and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Management of Biotech, Medtech & Pharma Ventures). In 2009, she obtained a PhD in Economic Sciences in the field of Management Sciences (doctoral dissertation titled: “Internal Audit System as an Instrument for Enterprise Improvement”).
She has co-organized and participated in numerous national and international scientific conferences and has served as an expert in various projects (“Revolution 4.0. Regional Initiative of Excellence”, “Innovation Broker as a Tool for Effective Development”, “First Business – Start-up Support”, “Rapid Response Instrument”, “Knowledge and Innovation Transfer”). She has also taken part in study visits and scientific workshops (Silicon Valley, California, USA; Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley). Additionally, she holds numerous certificates (Certificate of Training: Technology Transfer & Innovation Management Workshop – Isis Innovation Ltd, Oxford; Certificate of Completion of SBI Training Program “Technology Planning Tools and Methods” – Strategic Business Insights, Stanford; PRINCE1 Foundation Certificate; PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate).
In 2019, she participated in the Erasmus+ programme at ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, delivering a lecture titled “Technology Management – Strategic Aspect.”
She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in both national and international journals.
