Magdalena Madejska-Żurek – Client and Business Strategy Lead, Euroclear
Magdalena Madejska-Żurek is an experienced business leader with many years of managerial experience. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions, including Head of Finance and later Head of Risk, serving as a member of the local management team. She was responsible for business process transformation projects across Euroclear operational centers in Kraków and Hong Kong.
She currently leads the office of the Chief Business Officer, supporting the organization and advising senior management on strategic areas such as budgeting, risk management, business transformation, human resources, and communication.
She is a graduate of the MBA IT programme at the Krakow School of Business. She also holds certifications as a Scrum Master, Prosci Change Manager, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Her professional interests include the development of artificial intelligence and its practical applications. She is an active member of Campus AI, a community dedicated to ethical collaboration between humans and AI.
Outside of work, she is passionate about dogs and horses.
