Mariusz Kubicki

Mariusz Kubicki is a senior manager acting as area head of Internal Controls at Philip Morris International, responsible currently for the internal control environment across 22 European affiliates in 15 countries. With extensive experience in managing large, multicultural organizations (up to 200 people) and complex transformations, he combines a strong governance perspective with a deep understanding of how organizational design, leadership practices, and employee well‑being impact sustainable performance. Prior to his current role, Mariusz led global finance transformation initiatives, including the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report process outsourcing, development of internal Center of Expertise for Operations Finance (15+ factories in Europe and Africa), and held multiple leadership positions across finance, internal controls, within and outside of global business services. He is an International MBA graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow and St. Gallen Business School (Switzerland). Privately, he is a happy husband, father of two wonderful daughters and co-owner of a great dog – White Swiss Sheppard.
