This roundtable will host discussants from three different generations and invite voices from the audience. Together we will analyze the false and often harmful domineering myths about generational gaps. We will reflect on the value of intergenerational relations and what they add to our professional lives. We will look for ways to bridge the generational gap. We will share our experiences of collaboration and curiosity about the strengths and limitations of our generations. Hopefully the discussion will engrain acceptance that we are fundamentally different people with equally valuable insights to offer.
