adv. Michał Sowa, PhD
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, he holds a doctorate in criminology and is an attorney-at-law. He held positions on the Krakow Bar Association and is currently the Disciplinary Spokesperson of the Krakow Bar Association. He was a member of the Provincial Commission for Medical Adjudication under the Malopolska Voivode for two terms. He is also a mediator at the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council and is listed on the list of permanent court mediators.
A member of the Rotary Club of Krakow, where he served as secretary and president of the club. He is a participant in the Polio Plus Society and is awarded the Paul Harris Fellow distinction. In polish Rotary, he served as Assistant Governor and District Secretary in the Polish District. He is currently the Governor-Elect of Rotary International District 2231 and will serve as District Governor in Poland for the 2026-2027 term.
