Mieszko Musiał – President of the Management Board of Carlsberg Polska
Mieszko Musiał has been associated with the brewing industry for many years and currently serves as President of the Management Board of Carlsberg Polska, a position he has held since November 2, 2020.
He joined Carlsberg Polska in 1998 and has since built an extensive career within the organization, holding numerous roles across the sales division. Over the years, he advanced through multiple leadership positions, including Director of Modern Trade and Off Trade Sales Director.
In 2015 and 2016, he worked internationally for the Carlsberg Group as Group Sales Execution Director, where he was responsible for implementing the Group’s sales execution system across Asia and Europe. Upon returning to Poland, he served as Vice President for Sales at Carlsberg Polska from November 2016 to November 2020 before being appointed President.
Before joining Carlsberg Polska, he was responsible for the consolidation of the capital group at Can-Pack.
Mieszko Musiał is a graduate of the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University and has completed numerous specialist executive courses, including programmes at INSEAD. He is also currently participating in an MBA programme.
Privately, he is a licensed pilot and avid traveler, though he considers his family his greatest passion.
