She is an Executive MBA graduate of Krakow Business School at the Cracow University of Economics, with international executive education at NEOMA Business School in Paris and AESE Business School in Portugal, and an academic foundation in Biology and Earth Sciences from the Jagiellonian University. An ICF ACTP-certified Life & Business Coach, she works at the intersection of executive, team, and strategic transformation. Over the past 18 years, she has built her career within international organizations, leading across key risk management, global trade compliance, anti-money laundering and sanctions, digital transformation, and complex project environments.
Currently a PhD candidate at the Krakow University of Economics, she explores the evolution of human capital through the lens of coaching and MBA/EMBA education. She is a strong voice for conscious and ethical leadership in modern organizations. As President of the EMBA & MBA HUB Association, she leads a national, cross-university platform connecting business, academia, investors, NGOs, and the public sector to drive meaningful collaboration and impact. She is also the founder of Exclusive Mindset — a brand dedicated to identity shift and executive maturity — and co-founder of the Polish Institute of Wellness & Longevity Foundation.
