As the lead author of DTMethod – a robust methodology designed to embed and optimize design thinking processes within organizations – he has bridged the gap between creative problem-solving and corporate efficiency. Currently, Rafał is finalizing DTMethod Strategic Design, a comprehensive framework for business strategy development. His diverse professional portfolio includes successful collaborations across the SME sector, public institutions, and large corporate clients, consistently delivering value through structured innovation.
A psychologist by education, Rafał serves as the Director of Development and Innovation at Inprogress, where he manages the Inprogress Design Lab brand. His professional mission is centered on human-centricity, focusing on creating platforms of understanding and shared goals between organizations and their people.
