Sylwia Grzesiak is a healthcare and public administration manager with more than 16 years of experience within the structures of the Małopolska Regional Government, where she served as Director of the Department of Health and Social Policy, overseeing the implementation of regional health policy initiatives.
During her work in local government administration, she collaborated closely with regional hospitals, participating in projects related to the organization of healthcare services, investment processes, and the development of the regional healthcare system.
For the past seven years, she has served as President of the Management Board of Specjalistyczne Centrum Diagnostyczno-Zabiegowe Medicina, where she is responsible for operational management and the development of medical and diagnostic services. At the same time, she serves as Vice President of the National Association of Private Hospitals, actively engaging in initiatives supporting healthcare management professionals.
She is a graduate of the MBA Healthcare programme at the Krakow School of Business of the Krakow University of Economics.
Her professional experience spans both public administration and healthcare management, with particular focus on cooperation between the public and private sectors within healthcare systems.
