Wojciech Leśniewski is a director responsible for the development of educational initiatives and cooperation with the higher education sector in Poland within the Erste Group.
He is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, the Executive MBA programme at the Krakow University of Economics, and postgraduate studies in Sustainable Finance and ESG at the Kozminski University.
He has been associated with the banking sector since 2008 and for many years has developed projects at the intersection of business, education, and social responsibility. Currently, he is responsible for implementing the Erste Education programme in Poland, focusing on financial education, future skills development, and cooperation with universities.
In his work, he combines a business perspective with a social mission, supporting the development of a conscious and competent society.
